Community Powered Federal Credit Union serves its growing membership in New Castle County, north of the Canal. Member Service Representative/Teller: Qualified candidates must be at ease talking with people, have a passion for member service and enjoy retail sales. They should be self motivated, able to think on their feet, and goal oriented. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and have a good aptitude for math. Prior cash handling, credit union or banking experience a plus. Responsibilities will include handling monetary transactions, assisting members with opening/closing and maintaining accounts as well as cross-selling products and services to the membership.

Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager Position: We are seeking a Branch Manager/Assistant Manager with lending experience. This position will be directly responsible for the supervision of the branch including member concerns, employee concerns, performance reviews, sales/loan goals and results, employee motivation and coaching.
